Return and Refund Policy

*Consultation Refund Policy

Apartment or Condo Refund ($49) - Fee is refundable with the purchase of $250 USD or more in merchandise (excluding tax) from The Gardin Heaux Store or using an embedded Gardin Heaux affiliate website link on the Gardin Heaux page.
Townhouse Refund ($99) - Fee is refundable with the purchase of $600 USD or more in merchandise (excluding tax) From The Gardin Heaux Store or using an embedded Gardin Heaux affiliate website link on the Gardin Heaux page.
Home Refund ($249) Fee is refundable with the purchase of $1000 USD or more in merchandise (excluding tax) From The Gardin Heaux Store or using an embedded Gardin Heaux affiliate website link on the Gardin Heaux page.

Returns

Affiliate Returns - Affiliate returns must be made via the affiliate website. Your Farmin' Heaux will offer assistance by reaching out to the affiliate as a courtesy, but The Gardin Heaux is not liable for any defective goods purchased via an affiliate website or for the refunded costs of said returned goods.
Gardin Heaux Gear Returns - All returns must be made within 30 days of merchandise delivery. Items may not show signs of wear or misuse and must be in their original package. Refunds will be submitted using the method of the original purchase or via instore credit. Refunds to credit/debit cards may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank's policies. Please contact Gardin Heaux customer service for return labels.
